Personal data processing agreement

This agreement guarantees the processing of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.


The person who filled out the information that made up his personal data on this site, as well as placed other information by the indicated actions, confirms his consent to the processing of personal data and their transfer to the operator of personal data processing.


The personal data of the Citizen means the following information: Name Surname, e-mail address, mobile phone number.


Citizens send their personal data to the operator to provide the latest services to the company Justern OU.


A citizen accepting this Agreement confirms his interest and consent that the processing of his personal data will include the following actions: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, destruction.

The citizen gives a guarantee that: the information given to them is complete, accurate and true; when providing information, the current legislation of the Republic of Estonia, legal rights and interests of third parties are not violated; All the information provided is completed by the Citizen in respect of himself.
